EDIN/HECA Collaborative Project: Identifying the Professional Development Needs of Part-Time Academic Staff

EDIN and HECA recently collaborated on a project funded by the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning to identify the professional development needs of part-time academic staff in third level education in Ireland.

The project's aim was to deliver a research-informed analysis of professional development needs for the target group to inform continuing professional development programmes for these staff in the future.
