EDIN Seminar 18 December 2009

EDIN is delighted to announce a seminar led by James Wisdom of SEDA Executive Committee on 18 December from 10 am followed by a light lunch. The seminar will take place at DIT Mount Street. The seminar will focus on strategic planning and development for EDIN and educational development. It will consider the current position for educational development, how EDIN might develop and act strategically in higher education to support educational development. Please come along.

Curriculm Design: In the Current Climate.

As a follow up from the EDIN Curriculum Design workshop, it would be interesting to hear from you as to what curriculum design initiative you are being drawn into as educational developers in response to the current economic crisis. For example, the development of research-teaching linkages, development of innovation (whatever this may mean in different contexts!!), more business electives, development of access-modules/programme...etc....
Any interesting developments happening out there?
