EDIN Seminar 18 December 2009

EDIN is delighted to announce a seminar led by James Wisdom of SEDA Executive Committee on 18 December from 10 am followed by a light lunch. The seminar will take place at DIT Mount Street. The seminar will focus on strategic planning and development for EDIN and educational development. It will consider the current position for educational development, how EDIN might develop and act strategically in higher education to support educational development. Please come along.

    Thanks to all who attended the seminar on Friday 18 last. It was great to see EDIN members from around the country considering the strategic position of their Teaching and learning units. James Wisdom of SEDA led us through a consideration of the strategic priorities of our institutions. How can Teaching and learning centres enable teaching and learning to change? The seminar concluded with a consideration of the support and service EDIN can provide to members and stakeholders in higher education. Thank you James for a stimulating, challenging and enjoyable seminar. Thanks to DIT LTTC for hosting the event and thanks to Martina Crehan and Orla Hanratty for organising it.
